RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we only sell 100% genuine guaranteed brand name fragrances to our customers only. Our customers know our reputation well. We now give this opportunity to all. Anyone who buys from us, we treat him/her with care.
Unfortunately, it is really hard to maintain such low prices. In order to achieve this we needed to cut down our overhead expenses which includes but not limited to returns. The major part of our profit is given to our customers; our margin is very low. Our low profit margin does not permit us to entertain any returns. We do not accept RETURNS under normal circumstances.
However, there are circumstances when we do process returns. Rest assured your money is 100% protected because your merchandise is shipped & insured with our carriers
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours after delivery.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without an (RMA) number. All returned items will be inspected and must be approved by our customer service department. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) you must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone during Monday-Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm EST.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or pictures on our website. we will do our best to make the pictures as accurate as possible. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 48 hours. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
