Returns & Exchanges
At PerfumeBO, every product we sell is 100% genuine and brand-name authenticated. We take great pride in our reputation for authenticity and competitive pricing, and we treat every customer with the same level of care and attention.
In order to maintain our industry-low prices, we operate on a very tight margin. As a result, we are unable to accept returns under normal circumstances. However, we do process returns and claims in specific situations as outlined below. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
When We Accept Returns
We process returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- Your order contains missing items
- You received the wrong item
All returned items are inspected by our Customer Service team and must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- Item must be in resalable condition
- Return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order
Please note: We are not responsible for typographical errors or product image inaccuracies on our website. We make every effort to ensure images are as accurate as possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following product categories are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Return Authorization Process (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

1Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone to request an RMA number.

2Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive your RMA number and return instructions.

3Package the item securely in its original condition and ship it to our Returns Department address below.

4Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange accordingly.
Information Required with Your Return
Please include the following information inside your return package:
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If you have not received your order, you must notify us within 15 days from the date your order was placed. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.
All shipments are fully insured by the carrier. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
